Ingredients

  • 牛肉糜 900克
  • 炸物用面包粉 150克
  • 干酪芝士粉 50克
  • 鸡蛋 2个
  • 意大利混合香料 1茶匙
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 胡椒粉 1茶匙
  • 沙拉油 2大匙
  • 酱汁原料:
  • 红椒蕃茄酱罐头 4罐 1500克
  • 蕃茄膏 300克
  • 白洋葱 1个
  • 蒜末 15克
  • 意大利混合干香料 2茶匙
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒 1/2茶匙

Directions

  1. 将肉丸原料混合均匀团成50克一个的肉丸
  2. 煎锅放少许油,将肉丸煎香
  3. 将所有原料都放进锅中,最后放入肉丸
  4. 慢炖锅盖上盖子,设置低温档烹煮6-7小时或者过夜
