烤土豆

Ingredients

  • 洗净的大土豆 4-6个
  • 橄榄油 适量
  • 盐 适量

Directions

  1. 用叉子在土豆上戳上小洞
  2. 给土豆刷上橄榄油
  3. 将土豆放进慢炖锅中
  4. 设置高温档烹煮3小时,拿出后放上酸奶油和培根碎一起食用

营养分析:

平常我们做土豆的方法都会用到比较多的油。土豆本身富含营养,但是在高叠加的做法面前也会变成垃圾食品。这种做法的油用量非常少。土豆本身所含的钾是香蕉的两倍,热量却只有米饭的一半,同时令人惊讶的是土豆还含有丰富的维生素C和钙。
