慢炖锅3-食材烧烤鸡肉

Ingredients

  • 3杯(750毫升)烧烤酱
  • 1包(1.25盎司/35克)辣椒调味酱
  • 4 1/2至5磅(2040至2270克)去皮、去骨的鸡腿肉和去皮含骨的鸡小腿肉

Directions

  1. 向慢炖锅内胆中加入烧烤汁和辣椒调味酱,搅拌。
  2. 加入鸡肉块,搅拌使其表面都蘸上调味料。
  3. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖3至4小时,或以低档慢炖5至6小时。
