慢炖锅苹果姜蜜饯

Ingredients

  • 6个澳洲青苹,去核,切成大块
  • 2个(4英寸)肉桂棒
  • 1杯(237毫升)葡萄干
  • 1杯(237毫升)红糖
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)苹果汁
  • 2英寸(5厘米)大小的鲜姜,去皮并剁碎
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)柠檬皮
  • 薄脆姜饼

Directions

  1. 将所有食材,除了姜饼,放入慢炖锅内胆中,搅拌均匀。
  2. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖2至3小时,或以低档慢炖4至5小时。
  3. 搅拌,挑出肉桂棒。
  4. 加入姜饼趁热食用。
