Ingredients

  • 2罐(每罐14盎司/400毫升)带水蓟心,沥干切碎
  • 1个小洋葱,切碎
  • 1杯(237毫升)帕尔玛干酪
  • 3/4杯(180毫升)蛋黄酱
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)胡椒

Directions

  1. ​把所有食材蓟心、洋葱、帕尔玛奶酪、蛋黄酱、盐和胡椒加入慢炖锅内胆中搅拌。
  2. 盖上盖子,并以中档慢炖2至3小时。
