慢炖锅南瓜汤

Ingredients

  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 3个大蒜瓣,切碎
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)黄油
  • 1个大(1 1/2磅/680克)冬南瓜,去皮,去籽,切成2英寸(5厘米)块状。
  • 2个中等大小的红土豆,去皮,切成1英寸(2.5厘米)块状。
  • 5杯(1185毫升)鸡高汤
  • 1 1/2茶匙(7.5毫升)干鼠尾草
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)盐
  • 1/4茶匙(2.5毫升)胡椒

Directions

  1. 在一个平底煎锅中,开中火,烹饪洋葱和大蒜,翻炒几次,直到蔬菜炒熟,不要炒成褐色。
  2. 加入南瓜、土豆、鸡高汤、鼠尾草、盐和辣椒。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖4小时,或以低档慢炖6至7小时,或直到用叉子穿刺时,蔬菜是软的。
  4. 稍稍冷却,将汤倒入搅拌机或食品料理机中加工。
