慢炖锅巧克力火锅

Ingredients

  • 8盎司/230克半甜巧克力,打成碎片
  • 8盎司/230克无糖巧克力,打成碎片
  • 6盎司/170克白巧克力,打成碎片
  • 1罐(14盎司/400毫升)甜炼乳,
  • 1 1/2杯(355毫升)全脂牛奶
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)咖啡或杏仁味利口酒
  • 建议的蘸酱:草莓、菠萝块、香蕉块、白蛋糕或奶油蛋糕块、椒盐卷饼、棉花糖和椰子蛋白杏仁酥或其他饼干。

Directions

  1. 在慢炖锅内胆中拌入巧克力、甜炼乳、牛奶和利口酒,并搅拌均匀。
  2. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖45分钟。使用搅拌器搅拌均匀。
  3. 把慢炖锅温度调整到低档。立即食用或保温。
