慢炖锅经典肉饼

Ingredients

  • 2磅(900克)碎牛肉(90%瘦肉)
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 2个大鸡蛋
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)压碎的黄油饼干
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)调味番茄酱,分开
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)牛奶
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)伍斯特辣酱油
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)黑胡椒粉
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)大蒜粉
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)红糖
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)黄芥末

Directions

  1. 在一个大碗里,混合碎牛肉、洋葱、鸡蛋、饼干屑、1/4杯(60毫升)调味番茄酱、牛奶、伍斯特辣酱油、盐、辣椒和大蒜粉。
  2. 在慢炖锅内胆中铺上不粘锅铝金属箔。
  3. 把肉混合料切成肉块,放入铺有金属箔的慢炖锅内胆中。
  4. 在一个小碗中,加入剩下的调味番茄酱、红糖和芥末混合。倒在肉块。
  5. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖2 1/2至3小时,或以低档慢炖4至5小时。如果使用带有温度计探头的慢炖锅,烹饪牛肉直到达到70°C。
