慢炖锅蔓越莓甜土豆

Ingredients

  • 1/2杯(118毫升)黄油,融化
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)橙汁
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)红糖
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)肉桂粉
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)盐
  • 4至5磅(1800至2270克)甜土豆,洗净去皮,切成1英寸(2.5厘米)大小的块状
  • 1杯(237毫升)甜蔓越莓干

Directions

  1. 在慢炖锅内胆中混合所有的食材。拌入甜土豆,使其浸入黄油混合料。
  2. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖3至4小时,或者直到甜土豆变软。
  3. 捣烂甜土豆混合料。把慢炖锅设置为保温,可以随时食用。
