慢炖锅牛腩排春卷头条

Ingredients

  • 1罐(10盎司/280克)切丁的番茄和青椒
  • 2汤匙(45毫升)番茄酱   
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)大蒜粉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)孜然粉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)安可红辣椒粉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)红椒粉
  • 1/2茶匙(1.2毫升)黑胡椒粉
  • 2磅(900克)牛腩排
  • 1个中等大小的红辣椒,切片
  • 1个中等大小的青椒,切片
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切片
  • 墨西哥玉米薄饼
  • 切丝的切达奶酪
  • 酸奶油
  • 香菜

Directions

  1. 将切丁的番茄、番茄酱、大蒜粉、孜然、红辣椒、盐、红椒粉和黑胡椒粉放入内胆中。加入牛腩排。
  2. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖2小时,或以低档慢炖4小时,慢炖结束1小时前加入辣椒和洋葱。
