慢炖锅法式沾酱三明治

Ingredients

  • 3杯(750毫升)牛肉汤或浓缩汤 
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)伍斯特辣酱油
  • 1包(1.4盎司/40克)洋葱汤混合料
  • 1个月桂叶
  • 3/4茶匙(3.5毫升)黑胡椒粉
  • 3至4磅(1360至1800克)牛腩
  • 1个大的甜洋葱,切片
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 8个硬皮面包,沿纵向切两半。 

Directions

  1. 向慢炖锅内胆中加入牛肉汤或浓缩汤、伍斯特酱油、洋葱汤混合料、月桂叶和黑胡椒粉,搅拌。
  2. 加入牛胸肉、洋葱、大蒜到浓汤混合料中。
  3. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖3 1/2至4小时,或以低档慢炖7至8小时。
  4. 从慢炖锅中盛出牛胸肉。放在砧板上10分钟,然后切细片。从浓汤中挑出月桂叶,设置慢炖锅为保温状态。
  5. 切片的牛肉片卷上洋葱,再搭配一碗浓汤,可以享用了。
