慢炖锅枫糖南瓜面包布丁

Ingredients

  • 1杯(237毫升)罐装南瓜
  • 1杯(237毫升)奶油
  • 3/4杯(60毫升)红糖
  • 4个鸡蛋,打匀
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)香草精
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)豆蔻粉
  • 1/4茶匙(1.2毫升)丁香粉
  • 1条(16盎司/450克)肉桂葡萄干面包,随意切成小块
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)枫糖浆
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)精制砂糖

Directions

  1. 向慢炖锅内胆中添加南瓜、奶油、红糖、鸡蛋、香草精、豆蔻粉和丁香粉。搅拌直到均匀。
  2. 加入面包,搅拌,使面包沾满调料。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖1小时15分钟,或以低档慢炖2小时30分钟,直到用刀从中间插入,抽出时不带调料。
