慢炖锅红辣椒肉丸沙司

Ingredients

肉丸:
  • 2磅(900克)火鸡肉末
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)意大利调味面包粉
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)磨碎的帕尔玛干酪
  • 2个鸡蛋
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)意大利调味料
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)胡椒
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)橄榄油或植物油
调味酱:
  • 4罐(14.5盎司/410毫升/每罐)切丁的番茄
  • 2罐(每罐6盎司/170毫升)番茄酱
  • 1杯(237毫升)切碎的烤红椒
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 3个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)干意大利调味料
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)新鲜胡椒粉

Directions

  1. 制作肉丸,将火鸡肉末和所有的肉丸食材放入一个大碗里搅拌均匀。
  2. 将混合料扯开,搓成24个肉丸。
  3. 向一个大的平底煎锅内倒入橄榄油,开中高火加热。烹饪肉丸直至变成浅褐色。放置一旁备用。
  4. 在内胆中放入所有调味酱,均匀搅拌。
  5. 轻轻拌入肉丸使其表面蘸上调味酱。
  6. 盖上盖子,以高档慢炖3小时,或以低档慢炖5小时,直到肉球内部温度至少达到70°C。
  7. 放在意大利面条上一起食用。
