慢炖锅纽约披萨蘸酱

Ingredients

  • 2包(每包8盎司/230克)奶油干酪,软化
  • 1罐(15盎司/430毫升)意大利乳清干酪
  • 1根(8盎司/230克)意大利辣香肠,切碎
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)磨碎的帕尔玛干酪
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)意大利调味料
  • 1 2/3杯(395毫升)意大利面酱
  • 1杯(237毫升)切碎的马苏里拉芝士
  • 意大利调味料

Directions

  1. 将奶油干酪、意大利乳清干酪、意大利辣香肠、帕尔玛干酪、大蒜和1茶匙(5毫升)意大利调味料放入慢炖锅内胆中。搅拌至混合。
  2. 上面再盖上意大利面酱、马苏里拉芝士,洒上意大利调味料。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖1小时,或以低档慢炖2小时,直到混合料起泡。可搭配百吉薯条或饼干一起食用。
