慢炖锅 - 啤酒炖肉

Ingredients

  • 1汤匙(15毫升)植物油
  • 3至3 1/2磅(1360至1600克)厚块炖肉
  • 2个中等大小的洋葱,切片
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)研碎的黑胡椒
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)面粉
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)牛高汤
  • 1杯(237毫升)南瓜啤酒
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)南瓜派香料
  • 3个大甜土豆,去皮,切成2英寸(5厘米)大小的块状

Directions

  1. 向可在炉火上使用的慢炖锅内胆内倒入食用油,在炉火上以中高火加热。对烤肉的两面煎成焦褐色。从内胆中盛出烤肉,放置一旁备用。
  2. 向内胆中加入洋葱和大蒜。烹饪3分钟,直至洋葱和大蒜变软。
  3. 向牛肉上洒盐和胡椒粉。将牛肉盖在洋葱和大蒜上。
  4. 在一个小碗里,拌入面粉和牛高汤。加入啤酒和南瓜派香料。在内胆中围浇洒在牛肉上。
  5. 盖上盖子,并将内胆放入慢炖锅底座。以高档慢炖2至2 1/2小时,或以低档慢炖4至4 1/2小时。向慢炖锅中放入甜土豆,围绕着牛肉排放。盖上盖子,并以高档再慢炖2至2 1/2小时,或以低档慢炖4至4 1/2小时。
