慢炖锅胡萝卜、苹果、迷迭香烤猪肉

Ingredients

  • 2个青苹果,去核,每个切成8块
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)柠檬汁
  • 4磅(1800克)去骨猪柳肉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)新鲜胡椒粉
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切成8份
  • 4个大红萝卜,切成1 1/2英寸(3.8厘米)大小的块状
  • 1枝新鲜迷失香

Directions

  1. 在一个中等大小的碗中,用柠檬汁泡制苹果,放在一旁备用。
  2. 用盐和胡椒将烤肉调味。
  3. 向慢炖锅内胆中放入半份洋葱和4至6块苹果。
  4. 上面盖上烤肉。在烤肉四周撒上剩下的苹果、洋葱和胡萝卜。上面撒些迷失香。
  5. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖4小时,或以中档慢炖5 1/2至6小时,或以低档慢炖7至8小时。
