慢炖锅碎牛肉汉堡

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2磅(2500克)去骨的烤牛肉块           
  • 1 1/2杯(355毫升)切碎的洋葱    
  • 1 1/2茶匙(7.5毫升)蒜泥         
  • 2杯(473毫升)调味番茄酱               
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)第戎芥末               
  • 1/3杯(118毫升)酱油               
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)伍斯特辣酱油           
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)红糖
  • 三明治面包

Directions

  1. 将牛肉切成4英寸大小的块状。放入慢炖锅内胆中。
  2. 在一个中碗中,除了三明治面包外,将剩下的食材混合,并倒入牛肉中。搅拌直到牛肉沾满酱汁。
  3. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖4至5小时,或以低档慢炖7至8小时。
  4. 盛出牛肉,把牛肉切丝。去掉脂肪肉。
  5. 用三明治面包夹着肉就可以食用了,根据口味,可再加抹些酱料。
