慢炖锅香烧鸡柳

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2杯(355毫升)原味酸奶
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)姜黄粉
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)芫荽粉
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)孜然粉
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)辛辣香料粉
  • 5个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)剁碎的姜蓉
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)盐,分开
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)碾碎的黑胡椒
  • 2磅(900克)去骨去皮鸡腿肉
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)植物油
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)压碎的红辣椒
  • 1罐(28盎司/800毫升)番茄浆
  • 1罐(6盎司/170毫升)番茄酱
  • 1/3杯(79毫升)鲜奶油
  • 煮好的米饭
  • 切片的黄瓜
  • 切碎的香菜

Directions

  1. 将酸奶、姜黄粉、香菜粉、孜然粉、辛辣香料粉、大蒜、姜蓉、一茶匙(5毫升)的盐、辣椒粉,放入一个大的可封口的塑料拉链袋子中,晃动摇匀。
  2. 将鸡肉放入袋子中。封口并放入冰箱冷藏一晚。
  3. 向可在炉火上使用的慢炖锅内胆内倒入食用油,在炉火上以中高火加热。加入洋葱和红辣椒,烹饪至刚刚变软,约3分钟。拌入番茄、番茄酱和1茶匙(5毫升)的盐,拌匀。放入慢炖锅底座中。 
  4. 沥干鸡肉,并放入慢炖锅。搅拌,使鸡肉沾满调料。
  5. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖3小时,或以低档慢炖6小时。食用前,加入鲜奶油。
  6. 和煮好的米饭配上黄瓜和香菜一起食用。

  • 如果慢炖锅内胆是陶瓷制品,那么可在一个大的平底煎锅中以中高火烹饪蔬菜。然后将食材转入到慢炖锅内胆中,按照食谱说明进行慢炖。
