慢炖锅蕃茄罗勒汤

Ingredients

  • 2汤匙(30毫升)橄榄油
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 4个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 2个大的番茄,切碎
  • 2罐(每罐28盎司/800毫升)番茄浆
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)鸡高汤
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)蕃茄酱
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)新鲜的罗勒,稍微切碎
  • 3汤匙(30毫升)糖
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)压碎的红辣椒
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)研碎的黑胡椒
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)鲜奶油

Directions

  1. 向可在炉火上使用的慢炖锅内胆内倒入橄榄油,在炉火上以中高火加热。添加洋葱和大蒜,烹饪2分钟,拌入番茄再烹饪2分钟。
  2. 加入番茄浆、鸡高汤、番茄酱、罗勒、糖、盐、红辣椒和黑胡椒到内胆中。搅拌直到均匀。放入慢炖锅底座中。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖2小时,或以低档慢炖4小时。食用前,加入鲜奶油。
