慢炖锅土耳其玉米薄饼汤

Ingredients

  • 1汤匙(15毫升)橄榄油
  • 1个大洋葱,切碎
  • 3个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1个中等大小的青椒,稍微切碎
  • 1个中等大小的红辣椒,稍微切碎
  • 1个墨西哥辣椒,剁碎

  • 1罐(48盎司/1360毫升)鸡高汤
  • 2罐(每罐10盎司/280克)切丁的番茄和青椒

  • 1罐(6盎司/170毫升)番茄酱

Directions

  1. 向可在炉火上使用的慢炖锅内胆内倒入橄榄油,在炉火上以中高火加热。添加洋葱和大蒜,烹饪2分钟。
