西班牙鸡饭

Ingredients

  • 鸡胸肉 600克
  • 青椒蕃茄罐头 2罐600克
  • 白洋葱 1个
  • 蒜头 2瓣
  • 鸡高汤 1罐 400克
  • 白米 2杯
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 西班牙辣椒粉 1/2茶匙
  • 青豆 300克
  • 大青椒 1个
  • 干牛至 1茶匙

Directions

  1. 青椒,洋葱,蒜头切末
  2. 将所有干料放进慢炖锅中
  3. 将鸡高汤和蕃茄酱倒进锅中
  4. 设置高温档烹煮2小时
