蜂蜜-苹果酱

Ingredients

  • 1/4杯(60毫升)红糖
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)蜂蜜
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)水
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)苹果派香料
  • 4个金冠苹果,去皮,去核,切块
  • 3汤匙(45毫升)黄油,切片

Directions

  1. 在一个大碗中,加入红糖、蜂蜜、水、苹果派香料,搅拌,使其充分混合。
  2. 将苹果放入红糖混合料中。
  3. 将苹果和混合料加入铁制内胆中。在上面撒上黄油。
  4. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖4 1/2至5小时,或以中档慢炖9至10小时。
