慢炖锅西班牙鸡饭

Ingredients

  • 8块去皮鸡腿肉
  • 2罐(每罐10盎司/280克)块状蕃茄和青椒,不用沥干
  • 1个中等大小的青椒,切块
  • 1个小洋葱,切碎
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1罐(14盎司/400毫升)鸡高汤
  • 3/4杯(180毫升)烤红椒,切成条
  • 1盒(8盎司/230克)西班牙风味黄米饭
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)干牛至
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1包(10盎司/280克)冷冻豌豆
  • 几角青柠和切碎的香菜

Directions

  1. 除豌豆外,把所有食材添加到慢炖锅内胆中。搅拌直到均匀。
  2. 盖上盖子以高档慢炖4小时或以低档慢炖8小时。拌入豌豆。盖上盖子,焖10分钟。
  3. 搭配几角青柠和切碎的香菜即可食用。
