慢炖锅热摩卡

Ingredients

  • 4杯(950毫升)煮好的浓咖啡
  • 2杯(750毫升)牛奶
  • 1/3杯(79毫升)巧克力糖浆
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)糖
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)咖啡利口酒
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)鲜奶油,用来发泡作为浇料

Directions

  1. 在铁制的内胆中,放入咖啡、牛奶、巧克力糖浆和糖。
  2. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖1 1/2小时,或以中档慢炖3小时或直到热透。
  3. 饮用前,加入咖啡利口酒搅拌,再在上面打上奶泡。
