慢炖锅意大利婚礼汤

Ingredients

  • 1磅(450克)火鸡肉末
  • 2个大鸡蛋,打均匀
  • 1个大洋葱,切碎,分开
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)意大利调味面包粉
  • 3/4杯(180毫升)磨碎的帕尔玛干酪,分开
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)切碎的西芹
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)干牛至
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)粗黑胡椒粉
  • 2罐(每罐32盎司/900毫升)鸡高汤
  • 1杯(237毫升)管状意大利面
  • 3杯(750毫升)新鲜菠菜叶

Directions

  1. 向一个大碗中加入火鸡肉末、鸡蛋、1/2个洋葱、面包屑、1/2杯(118毫升)搓碎的帕尔玛干酪、西芹、大蒜、牛至、盐和胡椒,充分搅拌混合。用火鸡混合料滚丸子,每一茶匙(5毫升)的混合料滚一个丸子。
  2. 向慢炖锅内加入肉丸和剩下的食材,除了意大利面和新鲜的菠菜叶。
  3. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖3至3 1/2小时,或者以低档慢炖6至6 1/2。加入意大利面条,盖上盖子,继续炖15分钟直到面条炖熟,肉丸完全熟。
  4. 食用前,放入菠菜叶和剩下的帕尔玛干酪。可搭配帕尔玛干酪和粗黑胡椒粉。
