Ingredients

  • 2杯(473毫升)燕麦碎粒
  • 1杯(237毫升)甜蔓越莓干
  • 1杯(237毫升)稍微切碎的苹果
  • 1 1/2茶匙(7.5毫升)肉桂粉
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)枫糖

Directions
