草菇炖鸡

Ingredients

  • 葱段 2段
  • 姜片 几片
  • 草菇 适量
  • 枸杞 适量
  • 小鸡 一只 约1.4kg
  • 盐 适量
  • 料酒 适量

Directions

  1. 买来的鸡(约1.4kg)里里外外都弄干净,洗干净
  2. 锅里放冷水,把鸡一起放入,倒入一点点料酒,扔几片姜片进去,开小火煮,锅盖不用盖
  3. 煮到水沸腾了,这时能看到一些浮沫星子
  4. 把鸡捞出来,用温水冲干净,放入炖锅内
  5. 准备好姜片和葱段
  6. 草菇洗净,对半切开(切不切随意)
  7. 把草菇、姜片、葱段都和鸡放在一起,加入开水或温水,没过鸡。炖锅设置高火,炖4小时。如果是平常的锅,那么水要多加点,因为煮的时候会流失很多水分,一般小火煮2小时就差不多了
  8. 大功告成
