虫草炖老鸭

Ingredients

  • 老鸭一只
  • 虫草5克
  • 生姜一块
  • 葱一小把
  • 盐 少许

Directions

  1. 一只1000克到1500克的老鸭,清洗干净,在沸水过中汆烫2分钟后捞出,去除血沫,清洁干净,盘好放入煲中。
  2. 在老鸭肉厚的背部腿部,用小刀或者牙签斜戳若干深约一寸的小孔,没个小孔里插入一根虫草,虫草需将粗的虫体部分尽量插入,为的是让虫草的药力最大程度的渗入鸭肉之中。
  3. 放入葱段、姜片,注入沸水,淹没老鸭约两指高,盖上盖子,选择高档火力,慢炖至少约3小时。
  4. 待鸭肉熟烂,可加入少许盐调味,趁热食用。
