饭豆猪手汤

Ingredients

  • 猪手 1个
  • 眉豆 1碗
  • 姜 1块
  • 米酒 2汤匙
  • 盐 适量

Directions

  1. 猪手在购买时请摊主帮助烧毛,将表面的细毛烧干净,再斩小块。这样回家就可以直接烹煮,省不少事。眉豆(饭豆)用水清洗,沥干水。
  2. 猪手冷水下锅,加姜片和1汤匙米酒,煮开,煮出血水污沫,用清水冲洗漂净,沥干水份。
  3. 将洗净的猪手和饭豆放到慢炖锅中
  4. 加几片姜片,1汤匙米酒,添加足量的清水,按需要选择低温档或者高温档。
  5. 食用之前加适量的盐调味。
