腐竹白果薏米糖水

Ingredients

  • 腐竹 4根
  • 白果 20几粒
  • 薏米 半碗
  • 鸡蛋 1个
  • 冰糖 适量

Directions

  1. 薏米用清水淘洗干净
  2. 带壳白果用小锤子轻敲,剥壳去膜,对半切开去芯,洗干净后沥干水放入锅中,加入冰糖
  3. 腐竹清洗后,用手捭断成一截一截也扔入锅中,加适量的水。
  4. 高温档约3小时,鸡蛋打散淋入糖水中,煮约10分钟即可。
