花菇焖凤爪

Ingredients

  • 鸡爪 15只
  • 花菇 10朵
  • 干辣椒 4根
  • 木耳 5朵
  • 八角 1颗
  • 大蒜 半颗
  • 香叶 1片

Directions

  1. 将材料准备,花菇和木耳放入碗里加水泡软。
  2. 凤爪洗净后将指甲用剪刀去除。
  3. 锅里放入水烧开后把凤爪焯水。
  4. 焯好水后将凤爪放入凉水里泡10分钟,这样可以起到冷热交替的作用令凤爪更加有弹性。
  5. 凤爪浸泡10分钟后洗净。
  6. 泡软的花菇洗净后将花菇的蒂部去除,但是不要把蒂部扔掉可以留着煲汤。木耳洗净后也是将木耳的底部偏硬的部位去除。其他材料大蒜、八角、香叶及干辣椒洗净。
  7. 将秘制红烧汁与蚝油拌均匀。
  8. 炖锅内胆放入干辣椒、八角、大蒜、凤爪、木耳、花菇。材料都放入锅里后加入水。
  9. 再加入拌好的秘制红烧汁及蚝油。
  10. 盖上盖子,启动电源选择【高】档炖煮2个小时后勾薄芡即可食用。
