  • 鲫鱼 2条
  • 通草 3克
  • 姜 4片

Directions

  1. 鲫鱼打去鳞片,开膛括肚,去处内脏、腮和腹中黑膜,然后清水中清洗干净
  2. 平底锅中放入油,油热后放入鲫鱼煎,煎好一面后翻面再煎
  3. 煎好的鱼放入慢炖锅,放入姜片,倒入一壶开水,放入通草炖煮3小时即
