Ingredients

  • 银耳 适量
  • 梨 1个
  • 枸杞 适量
  • 红枣 5个
  • 糖 适量

Directions

  1. 将银耳洗净、泡发。红枣洗净。
  2. 红枣和银耳放入慢炖锅内胆,调到高档。
  3. 4个小时之后将梨和枸杞洗净,梨去皮,去核,切块,放入慢炖锅。
