Ingredients

  • 芋头 300克
  • 排骨 500克
  • 红枣 几颗
  • 枸杞 少许
  • 姜 切片
  • 香草豆荚 少许
  • 盐 少许
  • 百果 少许
  • 肉蔻 少许
  • 干柠檬片 2片
  • 蔓越莓干 少许
  • 整粒花椒 少许

Directions

  1. 芋头去皮,洗净,切小块
  2. 排骨洗净,剁块,用滚水焯一下(我懒,没焯)
  3. 所有原料入锅,开高档(自制香草精剩下的香草豆荚。盐视个人口味而定。干柠檬片不用说,又是神经质了。我做菜其实和我做人一样,总是有无厘头的时候,看看我又神经质地放了几颗蔓越莓)
  4. 开门,锁门,上班走人,锅子自动工作
  5. 开门,进门,下班回家,断电,开吃!
