冻豆腐红烧肉

Ingredients

  • ​五花肉
  • 冻豆腐
  • 青菜
  • 料酒
  • 生姜
  • 香叶
  • 大料
  • 大蒜
  • 生抽
  • 老抽
  • 白糖

Directions

  1. ​主料备用。
  2. 调料备用。
  3. 五花肉,洗净切大块。
  4. 焯水后备用。
  5. 冻豆腐切大块。
  6. 油锅烧热,下入肉块。
  7. 加入白糖。
  8. 煎到微黄。
  9. 然后加入料酒
  10. 调入生油和老抽。
  11. 加入适量的水,炒均匀。
  12. 放入生姜,八角, 香叶,大蒜 。
  13. 倒入汉美驰便携慢炖锅。
  14. “高”火炖开后,调到“低”火,慢炖。
  15. 倒入冻豆腐。
  16. 煮到肉软烂,调入适量的盐,摆入焯水后的青菜盘内即可。
