红酒猪蹄

Ingredients

  • 猪蹄 2个
  • 西兰花 1棵
  • 红葡萄酒 100ml
  • 老抽 1大匙
  • 生抽 1大匙
  • 糖 1小匙
  • 盐 2小匙
  • 姜 2片
  • 香叶 2片
  • 八角 1个

Directions

  1. 用刀刮除猪蹄表面的猪毛。
  2. 先将猪蹄从中间对半切开。
  3. 将猪蹄斩成块。
  4. 将猪蹄块冷下锅,煮沸后再煮10分钟。
  5. 将猪蹄用笊篱捞出。
  6. 用冷水冲洗干净。
  7. 猪蹄沥干水分放入慢炖锅中。
  8. 将红葡萄酒倒入锅中。
  9. 加入老抽。
  10. 加入生抽。
  11. 姜片、香叶、八角放入锅中
  12. 加入2小匙盐。
  13. 加入1小匙糖。
  14. 在锅内倒入开水,没过猪蹄。
  15. 盖上锅盖,调至低温档,慢炖8小时。
  16. 炖好后,炒锅置火上,盛出汤汁,开大火收浓汁,淋在猪蹄上。
  17. 西兰花放进加了油和盐的水中烫熟,围在四周即可。
