土豆炖牛筋

Ingredients

  • 土豆 1个
  • 牛筋 3根
  • 红萝卜 2根
  • 豆瓣酱 1勺半
  • 黄豆酱 1勺半
  • 桂皮 适量
  • 干辣椒 适量
  • 姜片 适量
  • 香叶 适量
  • 花椒 适量
  • 小葱 适量
  • 八角 适量
  • 料酒 适量
  • 酱油 适量
  • 油盐 适量

Directions

  1. 准备汉美驰便携式慢炖锅
  2. 准备好原料: 牛筋切成段, 土豆和红萝卜去皮后也切成滚刀块;
  3. 烧热锅, 加入适量的油,下入姜片、红辣椒、八角等大料一起煸炒;
  4. 煸炒几下后下入黄豆酱和豆瓣酱继续煸炒;
  5. 大料煸炒出香味后下入牛筋段一起炒;
  6. 加入酱油和料酒继续翻炒上色;
  7. 将准备好的土豆块和红萝卜块垫入慢炖锅底;
  8. 再将炒好的牛筋倒入;
  9. 加入适量的开水,放入小葱节;
  10. 扣上盖, 转为高火炖煮;
  11. 大约一个半小时后, 打开盖, 加入适量的盐和胡椒调味, 再炖上十分钟;
  12. 捞出大料;
  13. 装入盘中
  14. 表面撒些香菜。
