慢炖锅甜辣羽衣甘蓝

Ingredients

  • 1汤匙(15毫升)植物油
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 2包(每包16盎司/450克)羽衣甘蓝,修整洗净
  • 1个熏猪排(大约1/2磅/230克)
  • 1罐(14.5盎司/410毫升)鸡高汤
  • 3汤匙(45毫升)红糖
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1 1/4茶(6.2毫升)匙盐
  • 1/4茶匙(2.5毫升)压碎的红辣椒片
  • 辣椒酱和新鲜碾制的黑胡椒粉

Directions

  1. 在荷兰锅中放入油,中高火加热2-3分钟。加入洋葱,烹饪3分钟,不断搅拌一下。
  2. 调到低火,加入甘蓝,一次抓一把,边搅拌直到甘蓝变软(大约10分钟)。第一包甘蓝放入后,向锅中加入1/4(60毫升)杯水,帮助甘蓝软化的更快。
  3. 将猪排放入内胆底部,并添加荷兰锅中的混合料。使甘蓝混合料盖住猪排。
  4. 在一个中碗中加入鸡汤、红糖、大蒜、盐和压碎的红辣椒,混合搅拌;倒入甘蓝混合料中。
  5. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖3至3 1/2小时,直到甘蓝变脆。
