Ingredients

  • 草莓 4000克
  • 糖 350克
  • 柠檬汁 100毫升
  • 鱼胶粉 20克

Directions

  1. 把草莓切好放进慢炖锅里并放入糖
  2. 放入柠檬汁和鱼胶粉
  3. 略放置一下让草莓出汁
  4. 慢炖锅不盖盖子,放在高温档上120分钟,最后用手持搅棒打匀即可
