烤牛排串

Ingredients

  • 厚牛西冷 250克
  • 紫洋葱 1/2个
  • 黄甜椒 1/4个
  • 红甜椒 1/4个
  • 混合牛排调料 1/2茶匙  
  • 胡椒盐 适量
  • 油 1/2茶匙

Directions

  1. 将牛排切成3大块并撒上牛排调料
  2. 将牛排与切好的洋葱和甜椒穿插串起
  3. 刷少许油,整体洒上少许胡椒盐
  4. 将肉串杆插进旋转孔中,选择旋转烤档,180度20分钟
