  2. 将三文鱼放到烤盘纸上,再放到架子上
  3. 入炉150度烤7分钟

营养分析:

小份量的烤制三文鱼是最好的。三文鱼好处多多,富含各种深海不饱和脂肪酸,比如EPADHA,可以有效降低血脂和胆固醇,预防心血管疾病。但是三文鱼也确实油脂丰富热量不低,不建议一次吃很大一块哦,这样也会造成摄入过量。
