美式红酒炖牛肉

Ingredients

  • 面粉 3大匙
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 胡椒 1/2茶匙
  • 牛肉 1300克
  • 沙拉油 1茶匙
  • 去皮蕃茄罐头 1个
  • 牛肉高汤 1罐
  • 红酒 200毫升
  • 洋葱汤罐头 2个
  • 中型土豆 2个
  • 干罗勒 1茶匙
  • 胡萝卜 2个
  • 白洋蘑 10个
  • 白洋葱 1个

Directions

  1. 讲牛肉切成大块
  2. 将土豆,胡萝卜,洋葱切块,洋蘑切片
  3. 牛肉块撒粉拌匀
  4. 锅中放入沙拉油,将牛肉块两面煎香
  5. 煎好的牛肉块放进慢炖锅中
  6. 放入所有切好的蔬菜
  7. 放入罗勒干香料
  8. 放入洋葱汤和蕃茄罐头
  9. 倒入红酒
  10. 倒入牛肉高汤
  11. 放入慢炖锅中,选择“低温”档,熬煮8小时
