慢炖锅番茄和羊干酪派对蒸粗麦粉

Ingredients

  • 1汤匙(15毫升)橄榄油
  • 3个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1个小洋葱,切碎
  • 3罐(每罐14盎司/400毫升)切丁的番茄
  • 1 1/2茶匙(7.5毫升)意大利调味料
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)糖(可选)
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)盐
  • 2/3杯(158毫升)蒸粗麦粉
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)捏碎的羊干酪
  • 1/3杯(79毫升)切碎新鲜罗勒

Directions

  1. 将铁制内胆放在炉火上,倒入油,中火加热。加入大蒜和洋葱。翻炒大约4分钟,直到洋葱变嫩。
  2. 加入番茄,意大利调味料、盐和糖(如果使用)到洋葱混合料中,搅拌均匀。盖上盖子,焖15分钟烹饪均匀。
  3. 向内胆中加入蒸粗麦粉和羊干酪,搅拌均匀。盖上盖子,继续焖10分钟。
