慢炖锅啤酒洋葱辣椒炖香肠

Ingredients

  • 2汤匙(30毫升)黄油
  • 1个红辣椒,去籽,切片
  • 1个绿辣椒,去籽,切片
  • 1个大洋葱,切片
  • 2包(每包19盎司/540克)香肠
  • 2瓶(每瓶12盎司/340毫升)黑啤酒
  • 10片热狗面包,撕碎

Directions

  1. 在一个大平底煎锅中,中高火融化黄油。加入洋葱和辣椒,烹饪3到4分钟,或者直到洋葱变为透亮。放置一旁备用。
  2. 使用相同的平底煎锅,烹饪香肠3分钟,或者直到变为褐色。
  3. 将洋葱、辣椒和香肠转入到慢炖锅内胆中。在香肠上浇上黑啤酒。
  4. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖1至1 1/2小时,或以低档慢炖2至3小时。
