慢炖锅土豆奶酪煲

Ingredients

  • 1/3杯(79毫升)面粉
  • 1杯(237毫升)鸡高汤
  • 1罐(12盎司/340毫升)甜炼乳
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)辣椒
  • 4磅(1800克)红土豆,切片成1/4英寸(0.6厘米)厚
  • 1包(8盎司/230克)切达奶酪,切丝
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)磨碎帕尔玛干酪

Directions

  1. 把面粉添加到慢炖锅内胆中。逐渐搅拌加入鸡高汤、牛奶、盐和辣椒。
  2. 拌入切片的土豆。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖3至4小时,或以低档慢炖6至7小时。
  4. 把慢炖锅调整到保温状态。打开盖子,拌入1杯(237毫升)切达奶酪和帕尔玛干酪。把剩余的1杯(237毫升)切达奶酪撒在上面。
  5. 盖上盖子,食用前等待15分钟。
