慢炖锅咖啡红烧排骨

Ingredients

  • 1杯(237毫升)浓煮的咖啡,冷却
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)苹果醋
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)红糖
  • 1个中等大小的洋葱,切碎
  • 4个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 2个青辣椒,剁碎
  • 2片月桂叶
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)烟燻辣椒粉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)黑胡椒粉
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)红椒粉
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)干百里香
  • 5磅(2270克)带骨牛仔骨,切成3英寸大小的块状
  • 煮好的玉米糊
  • 百里香叶

Directions

  1. 在一个13x9英寸(33x22厘米)的大烤盘中,混合咖啡、醋、红糖、洋葱、大蒜、青辣椒、月桂叶、烟燻辣椒粉、盐、胡椒粉、红椒粉和百里香。添加牛仔骨,翻面使腌料入味。
  2. 用保鲜膜包好,冷藏腌料几个小时或者隔夜。
  3. 把牛仔骨混合料放入慢炖锅内胆中。
  4. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖5 1/2至6小时,或以低档慢炖11至12小时。
  5. 让混合料冷却或除去脂肪层。
  6. 食用前,重新加热牛仔骨。
  7. 放到玉米糊上食用,可搭配些新鲜的百里香。
