慢炖锅烤肋排

Ingredients

  • 2汤匙(30毫升)盐
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)红糖
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)红辣椒粉
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)辣椒粉
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)大蒜粉
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)黑胡椒粉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)红椒粉
  • 4磅(1800克)猪仔肋骨(3根)
  • 1瓶(40盎司/1140毫升)烧烤调味汁,分开

Directions

  1. 将盐、红糖、红辣椒粉、辣椒粉、大蒜粉、黑胡椒粉和红椒混合。将混合料撒在排骨上调味。
  2. 将每根排骨切成4块,排放在慢炖锅内。
  3. 倒入3/4的烧烤调味汁到肋骨上。
  4. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖4至4 1/2小时,或以低档慢炖7至8小时。肋骨须炖嫩,但肉质不会和骨头分开。
