慢炖锅简便土豆泥

Ingredients

  • 5磅(2270克)褐皮土豆,去皮,切成1英寸(2.5厘米)大小的块状
  • 1罐(13.75盎司/390毫升)鸡高汤
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)酸奶油
  • 4盎司/113克奶油干酪
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)洋葱盐
  • 1/4茶匙(1.2毫升)黑胡椒粉

Directions

  1. 将土豆和鸡高汤加入到慢炖锅内胆中。
  2. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖3 1/2至4小时,或者直到土豆炖熟。
  3. 向内胆中加入酸奶油、奶油干酪、洋葱盐和胡椒粉。
  4. 捣碎土豆混合料;搅拌成糊状,使其充分混合。
