慢炖锅希腊烤肉

Ingredients

黄瓜酸奶酱
  • 1杯(237毫升)原味酸奶
  • 1条小黄瓜,去皮,切碎
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)切碎鲜薄荷
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)盐
  • 1/4茶匙(1.2毫升)胡椒粉
肉类食材
  • 5磅(2270克)羊肩肉或羊腿肉
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)柠檬汁                   
  • 3个蒜瓣,剁碎          
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)干牛至
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)盐                            
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)黑胡椒粉
其他食材
  • 皮塔饼
  • 切碎的洋葱
  • 切片的番茄

Directions

  1. 在一个小碗里,拌入酸奶、黄瓜、薄荷、盐和辣椒。放入冰箱待用。
  2. 将柠檬汁、大蒜、牛至、盐和辣椒混合搅拌。在内胆里铺上羊肉,浇上柠檬汁混合料。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖3至4小时,或以低档慢炖6至7小时,直到羊肉变嫩。盛出羊肉,去掉脂肪和骨头。将羊肉切成薄片。
  4. 在加热的皮塔饼上面撒上洋葱、番茄和黄瓜酸奶酱,一起食用。
