慢炖锅蜂蜜芝麻鸡

Ingredients

  • 1/2杯(118毫升)酱油
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)蜂蜜
  • 1/3杯(79毫升)米醋
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1汤匙(15毫升)芝麻油
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)生姜粉
  • 1/4茶匙(2.5毫升)压碎的红辣椒
  • 4个去皮去骨鸡胸肉,
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)玉米淀粉
  • 1个中等大小的红甜椒,切成细条状
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)切片的绿洋葱
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)烤芝麻
  • 煮好的热米饭

Directions

  1. 向慢炖锅内胆中加入酱油、蜂蜜、米醋、大蒜、芝麻油、姜、红辣椒。搅拌,使其均匀混合。
  2. 向酱油混合料中加入鸡肉。搅拌,使鸡肉上沾满调料。
  3. 盖上盖子,并以高档慢炖2至2 1/2小时,或以低档慢炖3 1/2至4小时。
  4. 从混合料中盛出鸡肉。并将混合料转到平底煎锅中。向玉米淀粉中加入2汤匙(30毫升)清水,充分搅拌。开中高火,向煎锅中倒入稀释的玉米淀粉,烹饪直到变稠。将鸡肉切成小丁块状,重新放入煎锅中的调料中。加入切成细条的红甜椒,烹饪4分钟,或者到红甜椒变得脆嫩。
  5. 同米饭一起食用。撒上青葱和烤芝麻。
